Hello stand up comedy enthusiasts! It’s your friendly neighborhood blind guy,
J.R. Bjornson, here with some exciting news. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be hitting the stage once again for a special performance at Long Shot Comedy’s event, alongside the fantastic Paul Kuster and friends. Join us on Friday, May 3rd, at the Olds Hotel in The Blue Yak for a night filled with laughter, starting at 8 PM. Best of all? It’s free admission! Just bring your good vibes and maybe a tip if you love what you hear.
I’ll be sharing a set full of new material and personal stories, including heartfelt thanks for the opportunity to perform live again and some side-splitting tales from my adventures. Ever heard the one about the time I pushed my friend in a wheelchair with almost no vision?
Get ready, because it’s going to be hilarious.
So, why not make a night of it? Come down early to grab a good seat, order your favorite drink, and prepare for an evening that promises to be not just funny, but memorable. Whether you’re a long-time fan or just looking for a fun night out, this is the perfect opportunity to dive back into the joys of live comedy.
Mark your calendars and don’t miss out on what’s sure to be one of the highlights of the comedy scene this year. I can’t wait to see you all there, share some laughs, and prove that nothing beats the magic of a live audience. Remember, it’s 18+, so make it a date night or a friends’ outing—just don’t forget to laugh heartily and often!
See you on May 3rd—let’s make it a night to remember!
Cheers,
J.R. BJORNSON
This promotional poster features vibrant visuals for an upcoming comedy event hosted by Longshot Comedy. At the top, the Longshot Comedy logo is prominent, stylized as a clenched fist holding a microphone against a bright blue background. Below this, in bold white letters, reads "Longshot Comedy Presents". The main visual focus is a photo of Paul Kuster performing on stage. Paul, wearing glasses and a dark cap, is captured mid-performance, gesturing animatedly with his right hand raised as if emphasizing a point, while holding a microphone in his left hand. The text beneath him introduces "Paul Kuster! & Friends". Additional details are provided in a bold, simple font, stating the event will take place on "Friday May 3rd at 8PM" at "Olds Hotel - The Blue Yak", noting that admission is free but tips are appreciated, and the event is for those 18 and older.
